Shipping Destinations

Lexion ships to customers worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier restrictions.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 5–12 business days

  • European Union: 5–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before an order is placed.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lexion is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage.

If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage remains with Lexion until the goods have been delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, unless the customer independently selected a carrier not offered by Lexion.
